Exeter Panthers Football Club are proud to be a FA chartered standard development club based in Exeter, Devon, we are a community amateur sports club established in 2010 to provide football opportunities for the youth of Exeter and surrounding areas.
About Us
Despite being a relatively new club, we've grown to 10 youth teams, a cubs team, and a senior team for the 2020/21 season, with over 150 players.
Our home ground is Betty’s mead playing field, where we have 3 full size pitches and changing room facilities.
We train at Betty's mead during the summer, and at Isca Academy in the winter.
We're proud of the club we've created, and the relationships we've built with our parents and players. The club is more than just football to us.
The club (registered with Devon County FA) operate structured training sessions and participation in the Exeter Youth League (as age appropriate) for boys and girls in the school age groups from Reception to Year 11 (U6-U16). We also have a senior team competing in the Joma Devon & Exeter football league.
Our football club is solely run by volunteers, and we're always looking for extra coaches to start new teams, or help out with one of our existing teams, we also need volunteers in other roles, such as administrative duties, club social event planning, or help with setting up our pitches on game day.
Can you help us continue to provide the fun and safe football environment we currently do to the 130+ players.
Each of our volunteer Manager's/ Coaches MUST be a minimum ‘FA Level 1' qualified coach, or they must make the provision to attain this accreditation within their first season. The club fund the cost incurred.
However during the initial year, an up to date ‘DBS' clearance, ‘FA First Aid' and ‘Safeguarding Children' certificates MUST be in place along with a signed coaches code of conduct.
The club will support individuals who wish to progress their coaching skills beyond this requirement.
